Shipping & Returns

Shipping & COD Charges:

We offer free shipping on orders over Rs.2500, while orders below that threshold incur a shipping fee of Rs.150. Additionally, there is no extra charge for cash on delivery (COD) orders above Rs.2500, but a Rs.100 COD fee applies for orders below this amount, which helps cover costs from our shipping partners.

Order delivery timeline:

Our standard delivery timeline is 5-7 business days, and we will notify you once your order is Dispatched via Email and/or Whatsapp.

If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, our logistics partners will reach out to you to arrange another attempt.

• Should delivery fail after two attempts, the order will be returned to us & after your confirmation the order would be cancelled or re-sent. For pre-paid orders, a refund will be processed through your original payment method, while gift card payments will be replaced with a new gift card that has no expiry date.



Tracking your order:

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email/ Whatsapp to track the parcel.

Damaged parcels:

If a parcel arrives damaged, it's crucial to refuse delivery and contact the company's support team at support@calae.in, providing your order ID, email address, and full name to initiate the necessary action to resolve the issue. Accepting a damaged parcel may result in CALAE not being responsible for any potential exchange or refunds, emphasising the importance of proper handling in such situations.

Incorrect / Wrong order delivery:

If you receive an unsolicited order, do not accept it, as CALAE's options for dispute resolution are limited after acceptance. If the order was accepted by someone else on your behalf, please contact us at support@calae.in, providing your order IDs, email address, and full name for assistance.



Reverse Pick up:

To initiate a return, please fill out the Return Request form found at the bottom of our website, and we will schedule a reverse pickup from your address or reach out to us on support@calae.in

• In exceptional instances where reverse pickups can't be arranged due to logistics constraints, we kindly ask you to return the order to our address at : CALAE, 705 Parekh Market, Opera House, Mumbai, 400004, India.
