Shipping & Returns

Shipping & COD Charges:

We do not charge for shipping for orders valued above Rs.1000. In-case of orders that amount to less than Rs.1000, we charge a shipping fee of Rs.100. 

We do not charge any extra amount for COD orders valued above Rs.1000. In-case of orders that amount to less than Rs.1000, we charge a COD fee of Rs.100. This fee is directed towards costs incurred by our shipping partners to execute a COD order.

Order delivery timeline:

Our standard delivery timeline for all orders is 7-14 business days. However, we aim to deliver your product to you as early as possible. 

In case  you are unavailable at time of order delivery:

We will notify you as soon as your order is dispatched. After this, our logistics partners will be in touch with you directly to deliver the order to you. In cases where you are not available to receive the order, the delivery partner would re-attempt the delivery basis confirmation from you. In-case the order is not delivered to you for any reason after 2 attempts, the courier would be returned back to us. In case of a pre-paid order, the amount would be refunded back to your bank account / or through the same way you have made the payment; credit card/wallet etc. In cases where a gift card was used for a purchase, a new gift card would be issued to you with no expiry date.

Tracking your order:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an Air-way bill number / tracking number from which you can track the parcel. Be assured that our logistics partner will also be sending you regular updates regarding your courier. 

Damaged parcels:

If you receive a damaged parcel, please DO NOT accept it and inform us at support@calae.in along with your order ID, email address & full name. In case a damaged parcel is accepted with missing items, CALAE would not be liable for any exchange / refunds. All parcels dispatched from CALAE are packed with utmost care and necessary security seals to avoid any unfortunate events.

Incorrect / Wrong order delivery:

In cases where you receive an order which you have not placed, please do not accept the order. Once orders are accepted, CALAE has very limited options for dispute resolution. In cases where it was accepted by someone else on your behalf; security guards, helpers, etc. Please write to us about it at support@calae.in along with your order ID’s, email address & full name.

Reverse Pick up:

With the help of the Return Request form available at the bottom of our website, you can raise a return request and we will arrange for the reverse pick up at the earliest from your address.

In special cases where reverse pick ups are not available due to limitations of logistics partners, we request you to please support us and send back the order
