Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
Return Policy:
Return will be reviewed and honoured up to 7 days from the date of order delivery.
The products requested to be returned must be unused and returned with all original packaging and tags with which they are shipped.
If the price tag or any other labels/tags which are attached to the garment are removed or damaged, the product cannot be returned.
In case an item does not meet your expectations, you can request for its return either via email at suport@calae.in or raise a return request by filling the form through the “Request a return” page whose link is available at the bottom of the website.
Return would be acceptable if:
- The item delivered was damaged
- The item delivered was not as described at the time of purchase
- The item ordered does not fit to size
Refund Policy:
In a case where the return is accepted by CALAE , the refund would be initiated as soon as we receive the parcel at our warehouse. This takes a minimum of 5-7 working days after the courier has been picked up from your address.
In cases where you are returning a parcel back to us using a courier / method of your choice, please ensure you follow the below steps:
- The merchandise should be securely packed in the same packing material we sent it to you in. In case this is not possible, please use non-tearable bags with appropriate security measures like taping the entire package, etc.
- Please return the package to the below address: CALAE, 705 Parekh Market, Opera House, Mumbai 400004, India.
- We will issue a gift card of the amount you spent on the courier to send it back to us if you share an AWB receipt of the same via email or along with the courier if possible.
Forms of Refund:
For orders which are pre-paid, we can reverse back the paid amount to your account which you can either share with us or we can reverse it back to your credit
card/wallet, etc from which we received the payment. We can also offer gift cards which you can use whenever as they never expire!
For orders which are COD orders, we can reverse back the paid amount to your bank account (for which you need to share your details with us) and don’t worry they’re completely confidential. We can also offer gift cards which you can use whenever as they never expire!
For orders which use a mix of coupon codes/promotional coupons / discount codes and COD/online payments, only the amount which was actually paid by the customer can be refunded in form of their choice.
Any complementary items that would be received by you as a part of any promotional activity / discount option, etc would not be eligible for a return / refund or exchange.
Exchange Policy
In cases of exchange of products due to size, it is subject to availability of your size required. We strongly recommend referring to our size charts prior to purchasing the product.
In case of a size of your requirement not being available, we would accept the return.
We can only exchange products if it is the same product required but in a different size. In case you would like to exchange this product with a different product, it would be best if you follow our return policy through which once this product is returned, we can initiate a new dispatch of the new product to you that amounts to the same value. In case, the value is higher than the original product, the difference amount would have to be paid & in case the value is lower, we will issue a coupon code to you for the credit you have with us and you can use it at any time!
Shipping charges/COD charges if any bared by you during the purchase are non refundable.
Please Note that consecutive returns or exchanges of the same order is not applicable.
