Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Return policy :
• Returns will be examined and accepted for up to 7 days after the order is delivered.

• The products to be returned must be unused and in their original packing and labelling. If the price tag or any other labels/tags affixed to the garment are removed or destroyed, the item cannot be returned.

• If an item does not match your expectations, you can request a return via email at suport@calae.in or by filling out the form on the "Request a Return" page, which is linked at the bottom of the website.

• Returns are acceptable if the item is damaged, not as described, or does not match the desired size.

Refund policy :

Refund Processing: Upon CALAE's acceptance of a return, the refund process commences upon receipt of the returned parcel at our warehouse. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing after courier pickup.

 Independent Returns: If returning via a courier of your choice, please ensure the following:

• Securely repack the merchandise in the original packaging. If unavailable, utilize non-tearable bags and secure with appropriate taping.

• Ship the package to: CALAE, 705 Parekh Market, Opera House, Mumbai 400004, India.

• We will offer a gift card for the amount you spent on the courier to return it to us if you share an AWB receipt via email or, if possible, with the courier.

Forms of refund :

• We can refund pre-paid orders to your account or credit card, depending on the payment method.

• We also provide gift cards that never expire and can be used whenever you want!

• For COD orders, we can reverse the paid amount to your bank account (for which you must submit your information with us), and don't worry, it's absolutely discreet.

• For orders that include a combination of coupon codes/promotional coupons/discount codes and COD/online payments, only the amount actually paid by the customer will be returned in the form of their choice.

• Any complementary garments you receive as part of a promotional activity / discount option, etc., are not available for return, refund, or exchange.

Exchange policy :

• When exchanging products due to size, availability of your desired size is a consideration. We strongly advise you to refer to our size charts before purchasing the product. We will accept returns if the size you require is not available.

• We can only swap things if they are the same but in different sizes. If you want to exchange this product for another, we recommend that you follow our return policy, which states that after this  product is returned, we will commence a fresh shipment of the new product to you for the same price.

• We will give you a coupon code for your credit, which you can use whenever you want, if the value is less than the original product. If the value is more, the difference must be paid.

• Any shipping or COD fees you may have paid at the time of purchase are not refundable.

• Please be aware that the same order cannot be returned or exchanged more than once.
